Just a quick post:
Life unfortunately throws unexpected interruptions into our calendars which affects the time and energy we are able to put into training. It is inevitable that by Friday evening you may not feel so fresh and enthusiastic as you did on Monday.
I would therefore suggest the more grueling work outs are tackled earlier in the week. Ensure the larger muscle groups such as legs, chest and back are trained first when you are raring to go at the start of the week. By the time Friday rolls round, you won’t be so disheartened by the prospect of an arm or shoulder session.
Make this simple change and I guarantee you will be skipping the gym much less.
